"Share The Adventure" Referral Program: Official Rules & Conditions
Thank you for spreading the word about Chickadee Travel! Our "Share The Adventure" program is our way of showing appreciation when you refer new travelers to us. The following rules and conditions apply to all participants.
How to Participate
- Register Your Referral: You must register the person you are referring through the official Share the Adventure reward portal. This must be done before your referral has any communication with a Chickadee Travel advisor. Referrals cannot be claimed retroactively.
- Your Referral Travels: The person you referred books and completes their trip with Chickadee Travel.
- Earn Your Reward: After your referred traveler has returned home from their trip, your chosen reward will be processed and issued.
Eligibility
- The Referrer: To be eligible to refer new clients, you must be a past client of Chickadee Travel or be otherwise authorized by Chickadee Travel to participate.
- The Referred Client: The individual you refer (the "Referred Client") must be a new client to Chickadee Travel and may not have previously traveled with or booked travel through our agency. The Referred Client cannot be a member of the same household as any existing Chickadee Travel client.
Reward Calculation & Tiers
Your reward is calculated based on the total "Referred Prepaid Travel Spend." This amount is the pre-tax, pre-fee, non-refundable cost of the travel components booked through Chickadee Travel (such as hotels, tours, cruises, and activities). This calculation excludes airfare, travel insurance, taxes, and port fees.

High-Value Booking Bonus: For every additional $5,000 in spend above the $10,000 tier, the following bonus is added to your reward:
- At $15,000 spend: Add +$50 (Digital), +$100 (Credit), or +$125 (Gifted Credit)
- At $20,000 spend: Add +$50 (Digital), +$100 (Credit), or +$125 (Gifted Credit)
- At $25,000 spend: Add +$50 (Digital), +$100 (Credit), or +$125 (Gifted Credit)
Reward Options Explained
Digital Gift
This reward is sent electronically from our partner, Tremendous.com. You can redeem it for your choice of a virtual or physical Visa prepaid card, or select from over 175 popular merchant gift cards (e.g., Amazon, Apple, DoorDash, etc.).
Chickadee Travel Hotel & Activity Credit
This is a credit applied toward your own future travel booked with Chickadee Travel. The following conditions apply:
- The credit is non-transferable and has no cash value.
- You must redeem the credit within one (1) year of the issue date.
- The credit must be applied to a single trip departing within two (2) years of the credit's issue date.
- The credit may be used for eligible hotels, tours, activities, or cruises.
- The credit may not be redeemed for airfare.
- Not all travel products qualify; please confirm eligibility with your travel advisor before booking.
Gifted Hotel & Activity Credit
This credit allows you to give the gift of travel to a friend or family member. It follows the same rules as the standard Hotel & Activity Credit, but is issued to a recipient of your choosing.
- The credit is non-transferable and has no cash value.
- The designated recipient must redeem the credit within one (1) year of the issue date.
- The credit must be applied to a single trip for the recipient, departing within two (2) years of the credit's issue date.
- The credit may be used for eligible hotels, tours, activities, or cruises.
- The credit may not be redeemed for airfare.
- Not all travel products qualify; the recipient should confirm eligibility with their travel advisor before booking.
General Terms & Conditions
- Reward Issuance: Rewards are earned and issued only after the Referred Client has completed their travel and returned home. If the Referred Client's trip is canceled for any reason, no referral reward will be issued.
- One Referral Per Booking: Only one referrer can receive a reward per booking made by a new client.
- Program Modifications: Chickadee Travel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Share The Adventure referral program at any time without prior notice.
- Disputes: Any questions or disputes regarding eligibility, reward calculation, or other aspects of the program will be resolved by Chickadee Travel in its sole discretion.
